Payment methods
The methods available for each order are those shown at checkout. When available at checkout, card payments are handled by Stripe; when offered, a direct bank transfer is made by the customer using the details supplied after the order is registered.
Available methods
Credit or debit cards can be used only when the corresponding method is enabled and shown at checkout. Card-based digital wallets may be shown by Stripe when supported by the device and the active configuration.
If checkout offers a direct bank transfer, the account holder, IBAN, any BIC/SWIFT, payment reference, amount and deadline are supplied after confirmation. The order remains awaiting payment and ships only after the funds are received. If the funds are not received by the deadline, the order expires automatically, is cancelled and is not shipped.
Total and confirmation
The order total, applicable taxes and delivery charges are shown before confirmation. Card orders are processed after a successful payment result; bank-transfer orders are processed after the funds are received.
Security and refunds
When card payments are available, payment details are entered in Stripe's secure form embedded in this site's checkout. The form is provided and handled by Stripe; Cactus3d does not receive or store the full card number. Approved refunds are sent to the original payment method unless otherwise agreed.
